Service Description

I know from my own experience what it feels like when the body gets stuck in survival — and how much it can shift when it finally feels safe to let go. I work with women to help them regulate their nervous system, release chronic tension and reconnect with themselves through gentle somatic practices. Watching women come back to themselves — back to ease, back to comfort, back to feeling at home in their own skin — makes it the most rewarding work for me.
